Ousley Mechanical Services customer reviews

Such a great guy! Such great quality work! So much appreciate everything, from genuine communication to a job well done for different needs like the geothermal system to the sump pump! Thank you OMS!

Ryan did a very nice job updating our fireplace. The rock was what it looked like before the renovation. Now it looks modern with the granite, new gas logs and the curved accent. Ryan oversaw the tearing out of the old fireplace up to the final detailing trim of the new one. I would highly recommend Ousley Mechanical Setvices.

Ryan really knows what he's talking about and the installation of my new heat pump went very smoothly.

Great group! We had a water heater blow out in the afternoon. Basically a water disaster in our house. They came on an emergency call and had it replaced before 9pm. Very professional. Cleaned up all areas of the work. Great pricing for the hard work completed! A+ overall. Highly recommended.

We hired Ousley Mechanical Services to install our new furnace and AC unit. We couldn't be more pleased! Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. The price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond for us. We VERY highly recommend Ousley Mechanical Services!

We needed over 13 different items addressed and replaced. Ryan located all the parts and he gave us a 10% military discount on top of our total. Everything is back to new condition and working better than before. It is a huge relief that our mold issue has been resolved as well! Such a blessing a local company can and did help us out in very difficult financial times. Ryan and his team did a very solid thorough job and we are grateful. We highly recommend you seek them out for any issue you may have!

Ryan came out same day as called and quickly diagnosed problem. Unfortunately motor had to be ordered but came in next day. He came right out, installed it in a very timely manner. Very professional and polite! Highly recommend Ousley Mechanical Services!

Awesome job! Thanks so much for staying extra and getting the job done in 1 day.

Loved my whole experience. I initially called because I thought my furnace wasn’t working. They came out right away, checked everything, and originally thought I needed a part. Later that same day, they brought space heaters that kept my apartment warm. In the end, they replaced the entire furnace. He was wonderful—personable, professional, and so patient with my kids while he worked. I’d absolutely contact him again in the future!

He put a new furnace in my shop. It looks great. He did an awesome job. Thank you, Ryan
